I am very pleased with this clinic and Dr. Akinsete is the best family doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Akinsete as a family doctor.

It is such a slow clinic. Everytime I went in there with an appointment I still had to wait an hour before the doctor saw me. When I complained about this the receptionist said it is not our job to see how much patients are running late. I won't recommend anyone going to this clinic. The pharmacy is good though

2024 Update:My experience with Dr. Akinsete has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Not only does this doctor cancel appointments without any effort to reschedule, but they also fail to follow up on crucial MRI and blood test reports.To make matters worse, upon reviewing my patient notes, I discovered alarming inaccuracies and outright lies. This lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable in a medical professional.Feeling abandoned and let down by Dr. Akinsete's lack of professionalism, I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere. Patients deserve better than this level of neglect and disregard for their well-being.I am forced to file a formal complaint with the colleges as a result of Dr Akinsete refusing my care____The worst doctors office ever!Dr Akinsete lies on patient files, misses appointments, is rude and abrupt. No consideration for anyone's time. Reception staff has no idea how to run an office - no call backs from the online system, no responses for follow-ups, no appointment reminders. No idea how the rating is so high!

I have been to this location for longer then an hour and then when I finally go ask them they said we thought you left and we called you by a different name I don’t understand where the organization is and why make an appointment if you have to wait an hour very unprofessional and seems to be like they don’t care about your needs will not be back here

I am highly impressed with their services, this should be the best walk-in clinic I have ever been to. The doctors are amazing down to the front office. I'll surely recommend it.

Middle of a weekday, popped in to grab something OTC between errands but asked pharmacist Tarek about a chronic cough after a cold while I was there. Saw the doc as a walk-in, had a script with new puffer in hand within an hour. Super pleased thank you! If I lived closer I’d consider switching to this pharmacy!

Amazing experience, I was 100% pleased with the help and professionalism of the pharmacist. Doctor Tawfik was incredibly helpful and took complete care of my issue. I will recommend this pharmacy for sure.

I saw Dr. Akinsete as a walk-in doctor back in 2018. Once I had sprained my ankle, he wasn't taking patients at the time I arrived but he agreed to stay and see me. He was thorough, sent me for xrays and wanted to see me for a follow up. He wasn't even my family doctor and he still wanted to see me again. I was beyond grateful. My husband and I had bronchitis later that year and he saw us both and did a very thorough exam. Fast forward to 2023, my husband needed a new family doctor. I inquired if Dr. Akinsete was accepting new patients and luckily he was able to see my husband the following week for an assessment. He was again so thorough and sent my husband for tests his previous doctor never even thought of. He took his time and really listened to my husband's concerns. When I read these reviews about people complaining about wait times I think its nuts! Since when do you not have to wait for a doctor?? Wouldn't you rather wait for a good doctor who will actually help you as opposed to a doctor who already has one foot out the door when you see them? I am very grateful for Dr. Akinsete and his friendly staff. I feel my husband will be well taken care of. Thank you

Thanks to the pharmacist named Tarek , I could finally get my son’s medicine which I couldn’t find in any pharmacies nearby. He kindly and professionally consulted us and made the medicine in less than an hour! Thank you so much Tarek!

This place is brutal for killing your time. I requested the receptionists multiple times to respect time but they don’t care. Appointments don’t work. The receptionists will always say we are running behind and please wait. Then you wait wait wait and wait wait and wait like emergency sometimes appointment is at 2 o’ clock, but you are lucky to see doc for couple of minutes after 4 o’ clock. If you are a useless person with no need to worry about wasting time. Please visit 🙏I am feeling useless at the moment too. 😢
